Helloooooo..... it's been a while, and I'm thinking about the suddenly trendy sun exposure guidelines. Seems every time I turn around I'm being encouraged to get a minimum of 15-20 minutes of direct sunlight to boost my Vit D levels. Everywhere I read some doctor is touting Vit D for heart healthy benefits, cancer preventing, and mood elevations! Wow, and the sun is free... whoda thunk!?
I'm excited about this, because I've never been a super 50+ SPF person. My handly spray bottle of Sundition SPF 15 has always done right by me.
I'm thinking . . . yea, Less is More! Kinda like drinking coffee and eating chocolate!
Would love to hear your thoughts about this.
